These terms govern your use of the Credentialai website, including the live verification demo. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

Description of service

This site provides a live demonstration of a multi-agent credential verification workflow. Identity checks run against the NPPES NPI Registry and sanctions checks run against the HHS-OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities — both real, public, live U.S. government data sources.

License status shown by this demo comes from an illustrative demo dataset, not a live connection to any state licensing board. It is clearly labeled as such wherever it appears and should not be treated as a verified license record.

Not a substitute for credentialing decisions

Output from this demo is provided for illustrative and evaluation purposes only. It must not be used as the sole basis for actual hiring, credentialing, privileging, or compliance decisions. Organizations making real credentialing decisions should rely on verified primary-source data and their own compliance processes.

Usage limits

To manage service capacity, the live demo is limited to one real verification per visitor session. Requests beyond that limit will be declined.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credentialai is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or its output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
